We also have legacy parts in inventory for some harder-to- find/obsolete equipment. Data recovery is a lengthy and unpredictable process which can take between several hours and several days. For this reason, there is a $30 charge to attempt to recover data. If we are successful, there is an additional charge of $199 and the customer must provide media to transfer the data.

It was horrid. First he had my laptop over four months and I just took it in to get my charge port repaired, then of course when I get it back my screen is damaged. So after all that time my laptop wasn't properly fix.

I called to get a quote about my old computers being fixed. He said 30 for each computer. So tomorrow I will take one of my computers to him and pay on Friday. I trust this guy and he's honest So far.

I had an overheating laptop, I knew exactly what the problem was (either clogged ducts or a bad fan) but wasn't willing to disassemble my laptop (the fan was under the motherboard). DATAC offered quick service, an extremely reasonable price ($30), a 1 year guarantee on labor, and friendly service. In contrast another shop quoted 4 days just to give me a quote, a minimum $150 labor (with no upper limit), a 14 DAY guarantee on labor, and didn't return my call for over 24 hours.

I was thrilled with the results and the professionalism and felt secure leaving my laptop (something I use daily and love to bits) with them. I will be back for any future service needs.

The people there know their stuff. I've never had a single problem with the place and I've been shopping there for about six or seven years now. There's nowhere else. Service is done in an efficient and timely manner, with attention to detail.
