I've brought three different computers into Computer Medic for repairs. Their staff is knowledgeable. Turnaround time is usually within their estimated time frame, but there was one time where they were running later than scheduled and that was frustrating. This last time, though, they were running ahead of schedule. Their staff is also always honest about what kind of a repair is needed and whether or not that will fix the problem long term or only temporarily. I won't hesitate to go back. I do wish their hours were a little longer.
