We also offer a 15% discount for Senior Citizens, and Students.

All of our work is performed by trained certified professionals. Computer Concepts will provide you with assistance and support with just about any technology issue. We support Microsoft Windows and Macintosh systems and offer consulting services with computer purchases to help you decide on a system to fit your needs.

We understand it's not always practical or convenient to drop off your computer at a repair shop, so we also make house calls. Usually we can come to your location within 24 hours, sometimes even on the same day called.

My experience with computer concepts was, unfortunately, terrible. After a house fire at my home, I took my computer to computer concepts to recover the data (personal photos and videos). They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it.

I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.

I worked with Noah throughout my repair and he was very useful, polite, and professional. When searching for a place to repair my laptop (hardware) one place didn't make it very convenient and the other basically said I had a cheap laptop and should just purchase a new one. There was one mishap during the process that was in no way Computer Concepts fault but Noah went above what was expected. In the end, it was a quick turn around and I found their prices competitive/reasonable!
