I was looking for an anti static bag to fit my gpu so I could ship it back to cyber power cuz they sold me a pc with a bunk gpu. No stores had any bags, not even best buy. I called this store and the owner said if he can find one that fits I can have it free of charge. Nice guy! I'll definitely go here if I have any pc repair needs in the future!

I went in to get my PC repaired after tinkering with it for hours to no avail. I brought it in and the people there were super nice and cleary knew a lot about computers. They diagnosed my PC within minutes and made quick work of repairing it. I went home, expecting to have to wait a while, but they called me that eaving saying it was done. I doubted they could do it that fast, but I took it home and things worked perfectly. Their prices were fair and they were enjoyable to work with. A perfect place to go for computer repair.

I dropped off a printer for repair at Mynex. After a few days, they said they couldn't repair the printer, that the print nozzles were clogged. I picked up the printer and brought it home. I researched on the internet how to unclog print heads. For about $5 in materials and 15 minutes of work, I unclogged all four print heads. I also noticed that all three of the color print cartridges I installed new before I dropped the printer off at Mynex were now empty and the black one was half empty.

I went in to ask them to repair an issue I had on my computer that I had spent hours trying to solve. They were able to diagnose my PC within minutes and had it fixed by that afternoon. They were clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about computers, and very insightful to work with. They even went above and beyond and updated some of my software just to make sure my PC wouldn't have any other issues. They did it all at a fair price and are a fantastic choice to solve any computer problem.
