Fixed the boot issue, but also completely wiped one my hard drives that was completely separate and refused to take any responsibility. Repair here at your own risk

DO NOT Patronize this business. There's a reason why the latest reviews are all negative ones. This place is a scam. My husband had a faulty laptop screen and power button on an expensive laptop and so he took it here for repairs. When he got it back, they had messed up the keyboard and software. There was absolutely no reason for him to mess with the software and keyboard.

He took it back there and tried explaining to the owner. He denied messing up the laptop and was so rude to my husband. He then proceeded to call the cops on him for no reason. Who treats their customers like that? Our guess is that they switch out some good parts in your expensive devices for substandard parts and probably sell yours for a higher price. Anyways, do not go here. They're not trustworthy and are rude to their customers.

The topic didn't have above fraud, this is what this is, he lie to me, after he charge my card 45.00, he told me he would refund me my money back if he could not recover anything, I left it with him, he said he would call me the next day, nothing. I went by there but he was not there, I try to get him for almost 3 week, he never call me or anything.

When I finely got him, he could not remember why I was there, I had to remind him, what took place, then he said oh yeah, I need to put it on recovery. I reminded him that's what he was to do 3 weeks ago. Then he said give me 3 days and come back. When I came back in 3 days he was there, stated I couldn't get anything, same thing he told me 3 week prior.

I told him to just give it back he did and I will contact the company and have them do it. I then ask him you need to refund my card he stated no I charge if I go it or not. I told him that's not what you said, I told him I would not have gave my card if you told me you get pay if you do something or not. He refused to give me the refund to my card, so I left to pursue another way.

Please don't let this company cheat you as well. Subway employees said he done them the same way, I just wish someone had told me. Please don't go there in Arlington, to lost your money aswell. The

This is no lie and it JUST happened. I went in to CNT and met with Mr. Peter (the owner) and man my MacBook hasn't been working for WEEKS at this point. Tell me why as soon as he touched my computer, she woke up. my computer was absolutely dead guys and Mr. Peter and his magic hands helped her to breathe again. I'm so grateful right now. Idk what it is but go shop and support my guy Peter!

Horrible man not only with computer I am disabled fixed income sold me a car lied in my face said great car broke down next day $500 to repair he plays sweet and iccocent he's far from that gains your trust so he can take your money cursed my husband when he asked to return the car and get our money had the vehicle less than 12hours when it Left?3 on side of the road

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never received a follow up phone call as discussed, to finalize the repair estimate cost. I called the next morning, and he still couldn't give me a quote for the repair and said he'd call back. I went to pick up my device and he still couldn't give me a price; furthermore the device wasn't even in store to be picked up. I had to wait another few hours for him to get it back from the tech. Take your electronics elsewhere.

CNT cleaned up my laptop, backed up files, and reinstalled OS for a very reasonable fee. Fast, professional and friendly service.

Watch YouTube first! These guys wanted $145 for a simple internal keyboard replacement for a laptop, I told them NO, so it was $50 for a "diagnostic" charge. I watched Youtube and then performed the replacement myself. It was a 5-10 minute job (I went pretty slow) and the part only cost me $15 from Amazon. Considering how EASY the repair was, the "CNT Computer" price was absurd! They are nice guys, but that's price-gouging.

My husband brought two of my computers here. Both "needed" a new hard drive, both were replaced. The desktop (hard drive replacement cost $250) worked for one week then wouldn't power on. They said it needed a new power chip. So we paid $150 for them to replace that. Hasn't worked again. They claimed the hard drive was bad again - we weren't going to pay for another one so we picked it up - completely dismantled and missing parts, including the power source and hard drive cage/tray/bracket - whatever you want to call it. Fantastic.

My lap top also had a hard drive replacement. When we picked it up they gave us some generic charger with removable adapters for charging. We dropped it off with an OEM HP charger, they claim they don't know where it is. Really wish I would have just bought a new computer, what a waste of time and money.

Took my MacBook Pro here to upgrade the ram. they took half a day to switch out the rams, with was not bad at all. The only gripe I have is that when my laptop was returned, the screws all along the bottom of the laptops were poorly screwed back on. MacBook screws are incredibly small and require special tools to unscrew so I couldn't just fix it myself at home and the screws kept catching on everything for the rest of the time I had the laptop. Overall though, the pricing wasn't too bad, about $45 to install the ram.

I got my laptop fixed here and I loved the service. My computer is my life so I was worried about letting someone else touch it, but they took great care and I would definitely recommend it!

Peter, at CNT Computers, has helped me so many times and when I was in a time crunch too! He is so professional, knowledgeable and caring. Also important is that he is trustworthy! CNT Computers is so responsive and always helps me in a timely manner. I am so grateful that I found this business to help me with my computer needs and challenges. I highly recommend!

I trusted this place blindly because a friend recommended them; however to say that I'm disappointed is a huge understatement. I needed some data recovered and was told that after scanning it I could make a decision if it was worth it. I paid the scan fee. when Peter called to inform me about the data that would be rescued I decided not to go with it as it was not a substantial amount of data and I had previously rescued about the same amount.

He refused to honor our verbal agreement- mind you I had already payed the fee for the job he had just performed. He was rude and beyond unprofessional. I had to pay the full fee without getting absolutely nothing in return but a major disappointment. Beware of this scammers that pray on unsuspecting people!

I had a circuit board with an integrated battery (leads directly connected to the board) that no longer functioned. After removing the old battery, the technician replaced the seating for the battery in order for future batteries to be changed without the need of soldering. The work was performed very quickly and it was of the highest quality work that I have seen in a long time (especially for the low price). I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking repairs on their electronic hardware.

Excellent service and customer service! We have used Peter Pham for a few years now, with no complaints. He is very honest, fair and knowledgeable, and so far has been able to fix our every problem. He also buys and sells used gadgets, plus he employs a "phone tech specialist" who was able to fix my four-year-old phone b/c I was unwilling to give it up. You can't go wrong with this establishment, always willing to help at any time. Thanks Peter and staff!
