Matt, Trent and the local Circuit team are phenomenal. They have been our go to IT guys for about 8 years now, answering our questions, answering our calls and providing the support as well as the computers and hardware on occassion. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Haven't needed a computer repair service in a while and happened to find this one via a Google search. The gentleman (Adan) working on my desktop and laptop was friendly, communicative and honest about the suggestions he made. I know enough about computers to get myself in trouble and another shop would have quoted me the price to fix my motherboard knowing full well the computer should have been scrapped.
I hope that I don't need their services again but if I do I will definitely go back. All in all the process was pleasant and the prices reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Used Trent a year ago because everyone else there was useless. Now he doesn't even return phone calls. Get the endless blue sky excuses. "Have to go to the airport" lol This place is so unreliable. Finally went to Geek Squad. Called like 5 times. No return phone call. How they stay in business or why - who knows?

I have terrible luck when it comes to computers and every time I've brought my computer in they have not only fixed the problem but walked me through what happened and kept me updated with what they're doing while they work on it. I even had an issue that they were clueless on (not a common accurance), but they still got it. If you want honest, good, friendly people that know what they're doing working on your computer, this is the place to go. I'm honestly sad that I have to find a different computer repair shop since I'm moving out of state.

The guys were very sweet but their service isn't great. It took them a few days to get back to me with a diagnostic then told me that my motherboard was damaged and it would cost me a total of almost $800. I would've been better off getting a new laptop with that quote. I went to a different company and they told me it was, instead, the flex cable which would cost me just $22 for the part. My computer works perfectly now. Beware - local circuit will try to take the easiest way out for a 15 minute repair and charge you a bundle.

We have used this company for urgent computer needs. I own a business in town, and three times this company has been helpful, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced. Each time, the computer was returned within a reasonable time frame. The wonderful staff even put up with our constant calls to check on the status of the repair. Their rates are less than expected almost every time. Would recommend this business to anyone, be it a person or a business.

Fast, reliable, and exceptional service! Had a dc jack charging issue with my laptop and was looking around the area for a good computer repair place when I found this one (all the good reviews definitely helped). Trent was very cordial and answered all the questions I had, and the Local Circuit team worked in a timely manner and kept me up-to-date every step of the way (which was awesome!
You know your laptop's in good hands). Prices are fair and you definitely feel like a valued customer! My laptop is charging just fine now (though I may have to invest in a new battery eventually;;orz will bring back in when that time comes). Anyway, thank you all so much!

My computer had tons of problems and these guys worked on it for about 7 days. I spoke with them on the phone everyday and they were trying all they could to get my computer working, always keeping me in the loop with what was goingon When it was finally fixed one of their guys Trent Johnson offered to drop the laptop off at my house on is way home from work. These guys are honest, hardworking and trustworthy. Some of the best customer service I've had. 10 STARS!

I needed the bottom shell of my MacBook replaced and a stuck DVD removed. My laptop was fixed very fast and the customer service was awesome. I loved the email feature they have set up with their customers; I knew when parts were ordered, delivered, and when to expect repairs to begin. I can't stress enough the amazing customer service the people at The Local Circuit have. Overall, great people and great service!

I recently had the need to to have my work computer repaired as a result of a power outage after a lightning storm that came through our area, I was referred to Local Circuit in Denton for repairs. I want to tell you my experience with Trent at Local Circuit was the best experience I could ever ask for. He was very polite, knowledgeable and extremely considerate of the time issue of getting my computer working again. I had called two different places to get my laptop fixed and it took almost a month for them to send it back saying they couldn't fix it. I then found Local Circuit sometime last week and they fixed up my laptop quick! It only took 5 days. That's really good customer service in my opinion and they even offered a student discount. I highly recommend going here! They not only saved me money, but time as well.

I contacted Matt about not being able to read certain discs with my DVD drive on a Dell computer. He offered me a choice of options and I selected one of them. He quickly installed a new drive and this solved my problem. I realize that this was not really a major computer problem and not a big money maker for him but he worked diligently to make me happy and this I appreciate because for me it was problem that I wanted to have taken care of quickly.
