Worked with Gaven at ECP Computers for several weeks to pick the right components for a new computer build. His knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful. Gaven finished building my new computer in a timely manner going above and beyond what others may have done. If you want professional, old fashion customer service, go see him. I had some issue with my gaming pc(crashes after a session) couldn't figure it out myself so I figure dropping it to ECP Computer maybe they can help. Long story short, forth of July weekend I wanted my computer back for the weekend then bring it back to them when the weekend over, went to pick up my computer the guys had ton of helpful tips and info for me.
The info and tips they gave me works, So now my computer is running better then ever! I don't how to thanks them because it is kinda rude of me picking up my computer before they had a chance to work it. Anyways THANKS SOOO MUCH ECP COMPUTER! The BEST TECH SHOP IN TOWN!

Not sure why anyone would wanna do business with them they are crooks, for one we dropped a laptop off to sell and said we had to leave for diagnostics. The so called Owner is the only one that can make deals, chooses not to speak to customers ignores all calls is never in location. And when he is chooses not to communicate with customers. We were told to leave it over night to be looked at no problem. Employees told us take equipment back the owner will be in contact. Kinda sketchy, well we go to pick it up on their timing owner is a complete jerk said no deal here's your laptop. Sold to a guy tonight that knows computers come to find out two hard drives and the ram were taken out of the computer as well as the cpu seal had been broken. Will be reporting theft and reporting to BBB first thing in the morning.

If you are a small to medium business in the Beaumont area and not using Jonah, Brandell and the other fine folks at ECP for all of your computer, IP, security cameras and burglar alarm systems you are spending more and getting less. We have used them personally and for the business for 15 years and there is no other provider that fills our needs at so affordable a cost with such a degree of professionalism. You will be thrilled!

This is one of the BEST computer stores in Southeast Texas! They work with you on what you want and are quick to help. I've used ECP as MY computer store since 1999 and I have ALWAYS walked away happy. Their staff is polite, hard-working and up to date on all technologies. I always leave with a smile on my face, because of what they have done to help me with my computer and how wonderfully they've treated me.
Even when I ask the dumb computer questions. Don't go buy a built computer from one of the big stores, save your money! Write down the specs of your dream computer and bring it to these guys. They will build exactly what you want and I promise you WILL save money every time.
