Fantastic experience with Tom. I was looking for someone local that doesn't have to send off to a 'data processing center' and he was just what I was hoping for. Great service.knowledgeable.respectful.timely and great communication. He was able to recover all my data off of an old external hard drive and I feel his pricing was very fair. Thank you Tom!

WOW! I knew I had an external backup that probably didn't have much life left, but before I could get everything in order, it failed. I have a Mac, so I took it into one of the local Mac repair places to see if they could recover my data. I am a photographer and had thousand and thousands of images on this drive. The Mac place said it was toast and I needed to send it to California to some big firm to see if they had any luck.
Rather than that, I called Tom at Chandler Data Professionals, thinking what could I lose. He got right back to me and had me drop the drive off. He was unbelievable. He recovered all my data and recommended 2 new drives and transferred everything for me. His communication was awesome and his work was spectacular. I know this wasn't an easy task and he had to take the drive apart etc. He will definitely be my go to guy if I'm this dumb again to lose stuff! 10 Stars! As far as I know he does both Windows and Mac stuff.

Tom was great to work with. I had purchased a new computer and before I was able to move all my old data from my old computer to my new computer, my old computer crashed and I thought I had lost a lot of important data. I knew it wasn't a guarantee but fortunately Tom was able to recover all my data on my old computer and sent me step by step videos daily as he was doing this to keep me informed of how things were going.
Then he went the extra mile and walked me through gettting my old data onto my new machine. He had also successfully recovered data for my son a few years ago. I highly recommend his services.

Chandler Data Professionals saved me from a potential disaster. I had 2 drive failures and my RAID5 volume, and Tom was able to take my 2 failed drives, get them functional, rebuild the RAID, and give me a restored copy of the full set of data. Tom has done it again! This is the second time he has saved my life by recovering all my data from my backup external hard drive. He is friendly and easy to work with and so good at what he does! Both fastidious and professional and he has the patience of a saint to recover my many TBs of data I had anxiety over almost losing! Tom is the best. He is Very friendly and has great customer service. I had a hard drive go bad and he was able to recover my information. A lot of photos were on there so it was very important for me to get that back. I've also used Tom two help transfer data from one computer to another. He always does a great job. I would highly recommend him for all your computer needs.

I'm new to Gilbert AZ area and found Tom on Google. My 1tb portable hard drive was completely destroyed, but Tom was able to help me recover some important sentimental family pictures that I was unable to recover for 3 months. I was definitely defeated! He was beyond helpful and understanding and also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services and very thankful to still have some pictures of my last grandfather! IMac hard drive went bad. A third party company replaced the hard drive and tried for several days to recover the data from my old hard drive, with no success. I spoke to Tom at CDP and he told me he would give it a try. The job turned out to be more complex than he had hoped, but Tom was willing to complete the task at a price that was worth it for me.
I believe that other companies would have charged me at least 2X-3X.
Tom was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process so I knew the status, since the process ended up being pretty tedious and time consuming. In the end he was able to recover almost all of my data, for which I am very grateful. I was impressed with his somewhat small but very organized office space. I have no reservations recommending Tom at CDP for data recovery. Thanks Tom!

I highly recommend CDP for Data Recovery. I dropped my Western Digital external hard drive on the floor and it stopped working. All of my pictures, documents, past work projects and portfolio were on this hard drive. I called Tom Buhnerkempe at CDP to inquire about recovering my data. He went above and beyond my expectations to answer all my questions regarding data recovery.
Other recovery services recommended by Western Digital and local companies as well all gave me quotes from $1,000 to $2,500 for their services and it would've taken them one to two weeks to get my data back to me. If you wanted it back within a week, they charged upwards of $600 extra. I would use Tom’s service for all of my data or computer servicing needs in the future.
