MicroPro has been our companies' contract IT professional for over 20 years. They handle the installation, set-up and maintenance of our PC's, server, network, mail and security. Always professional, polite, punctual and very time efficient, serious issues get top priority and have always been handled to our satisfaction. Ken Rashkow is a superb computer consultant. He has successfully and timely resolved all my computer problems over the course of about ten years. He have never given up no matter how difficult the problem seemed, and has always succeeded.
