Took my mom's desktop in for repair. They were very transparent with the repair fee and time to repair it. They said it would be checked on Thursday, but got it fixed on Wed ahead of time. They communicated very well with everything in the entire process and were very professional with their customer service. Even checked up on us after the repair to make sure the pc was doing ok. Definitely eons way better than another computer shop I can think of here in Evansville. Doing all my computer business here from now on

As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome and was greeted kindly. They took my pc that I was having trouble building and diagnosed it with multiple updates and phone calls. Very Profesional and good people all around great service and at a good price only 50 to diagnose and if they do the work they add that to the cost will not go anywhere else!

I dropped my computer and had to take it in for repairs. They asked for and got a down payment to check out my laptop and the money upfront went on any repairs that might be needed. Come to find out that the screen needed to be replaced and the DVR tray was loose. Came up to $255 including the down payment. Not a bad price and they do good work. I highly recommend them.

I had a pc diagnosed there and they were incredibly professional. They were able to help me figure out what was going on and how to fix it.
