The PC Guys are an essential part of our business. They are reliable and friendly; they consistently deliver high-quality customer service and any problems we've encountered have been diagnosed accurately and solved quickly. In a very real sense, The PC Guys serve as our IT department. They provide a level of technical knowledge that gives our business the kind of systems sophistication normally found only in much larger companies with in-house IT departments.

These guys are the BEST. The are more than a repair shop - they are a full service IT department for my entire small business. They answer questions about ANYTHING computer or internet related. They built me the best computer I've ever owned from scratch (the same one I am writing this review from) , fixed my old ones, advised me on the best printers for my business... the list goes on I call them once a week at least for any and everything. Also the prices are lower than any other place I have been and the service is 100 times better. These guys are the answer to your problems.... (and they do Mac stuff too !)

It was a challenge to find any computer support group to assist with the transition of email/files from a Mac to MS machine. The PC guys were great. They were able to transition it all and for a reasonable price. Great technical support and with people skills!!

I have used these guys for a year to handle hardware upgrades and complex configuration issues on my desktop machine, which is a very unusual multi-monitor setup. I work from home and this machine has to be available without fail. While I'm an IT professional, sometimes the minutiae of keeping exotic hardware running is beyond my abilities, but nothing has fazed them.

They've done everything I asked of them at fair rates and everything has been ready when they said they would be. They even made a house call for a particularly complex issue and arrived on time and fixed multiple problems within an hour.

Steve and his team at PC guys are extremely knowledge and professional. They provide great support for your business whether you need upgrading, regular support, or your in a jam. I highly recommend them.

I was in QUITE a large jam this week, since one of my computer's RAM slots wasn't working and I was running on half, with deadlines rapidly approaching! I brought my computer to The PC Guys and everyone was SO nice and helpful, and thankfully they were able to solve the problem. Can't possibly recommend them enough!

I would Recommend this place to anyone who really wants a honest business practice with good morals and won't ever over charge you for your computer repairs I personally make a trip all the way From Startford to get there services couldn't truly say anything less than a stellar business establishment!!!

Had a great experience! After having two separate computer repair places look at my laptop and not fix the problem, I decided to try the PC Guys as a last attempt. The day after i dropped off my laptop they called to tell me the keyboard needed replacing, and also suggested upgrading the hard drive-- with no extra labor fee as well! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and also patient in thoroughly explaining my options to me, and why the laptop was worth repairing.

I got my laptop back about a week later and am so happy he encouraged me to upgrade the hard drive. My computer runs even better than when I first got it! Reasonable pricing and the staff is all very friendly-- I highly recommend.

Perfect, fair service all the time. They definitely always fix my problems and make honest recommendations.

Excellent work . Had a new solid state hard drive installed and now it is better than new. Fantastic low price. Used my military discount. (Thank me for my service), fast friendly efficient, ect ect. I highly recommend. Two sets of stairs to climb. Eat at Bagelman and John's Pizza by it.

5+ Stars for them! I lost access to my files, and they backed up all my data, restored my profile, and then moved the backup data to my own backup drive. For very little. I was desperate to retrieve my data and was at their mercy. They were wonderful.

So happy I found them! My only regret? I didn't find them sooner! They helped me when I was in a pickle with my machine and repaired it, better yet, it now runs better then when it was new! The service is so professional, great prices and I believe they were very honest with me. I will definitely be back! I will refer people to them and use them for future needs. The PC Guys are tops My laptop was busted, and they saved me over $400 from buying a new one, by fixing it to like - new condition. Let me put it this way: friendly owners who care about their work, competitive prices, fast turnaround, and independently owned. A LOT more enjoyable than dealing with "the Geeks" at the big box store.
