Ivan is THE man! Friendly-EXCELLANT, Knowledgeable-EXCELLANT, Professional-EXCELLANT. Pricing-EXCELLANT...brought him my Toshiba laptop and explained my issue...my laptop was EXTREMELY slow, whether it's stand alone or connected to the internet. He immediately tells me 2 possible causes, as he is powering up my laptop, and boom! Once my laptop powered on, he connected his diagnostic tool to run diagnostics - no charge by the way.

Long story short: Malware, and my hard drive was showing "critical"...literally my hard drive would have completely died in 10 days or less! He immediately told me my options to resolve the issue, and left it up to me decide - no pressure at all from him. Of course! I chose the option for him to repair my laptop. He did, it took some time, but time flew by because Ivan is a great conversationlist + he has 2 pets, a bird and a dog, well behaved...that alone...i was in! Ivan at 123 PC Solutions runs an efficient and informative business! I was referred by a friend and was greeted with a smiling face and bottle of water upon arrival. I was wanting to increase my Macbook's RAM, so we sat down and discussed options. After deciding on what size RAM to purchase, he placed an order for me and told me it would be here in a few days. 2 days later he calls me informing me he received the chip in the mail.

We had originally planned to install it at his shop, which he would have done for a very reasonable price. I decided to give it a shot myself instead. I had a great experience here at 123 PC! I accidentally cracked the screen of my Macbook along with damaging the lcd. In just a matter of days the hard working team at this establishment were able to order me a new piece and fixed my laptop like new for an awesome price. Bought my Dell Laptop back in 2015,l ast February it developed a RED VERTICAL LINE across the screen, i sent it to Dell to have it repaired on February 2021, they had my Laptop for 30 days then i was told, they were going to send it back to me unrepaired because they dont have the part, i said OK fine.
