I come from a family that has worked with computers since they were the size of washing machines and over under refrigerators We designed them, built them and sold them. So I get this PlayStation online after getting ripped off from a different PlayStation online.so I got ripped off twice I should say. This guy promises me this one is good to go. I get it hone and it sounds like a Mac truck. Its filthy! I brought it to wills and in hours its done, pretty cheap, really fast! This thing is so quiet I don't even know its on. New thermal glue, best part he could have easily told me it was a fan for more money.honest too

My laptop would not boot up and fixes in Windows did not work. Willstech Computer Repair successfully extracted my files off the damaged hard drive. At no extra charge, at my request they tried to install Office 2016 on a new computer I purchased using a product key I had, but it didn't work on a different computer. They were quick and responsive, including answering my many questions. They seemed very knowledgeable and competent, and were easy to work with.

My laptop died, I brought it in at Willstech and they took a full day to diagnose it. Despite the time and energy they invested in looking it over, they charged me a nominal fee for their efforts. At the end they were able to repair it and ship it back to my home out of state. I was happy with finding such a friendly, honest, affordable and professional service. They win me as a customer for life.

I really wish there was an option for ZERO MF STARS. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN BY FAR. I went to get 2 iPhones and a computer with this company. On the computer all I had was a broken LCD from inside the screen and when I got my computer back I had it fixed but ended up with A broken mic and the screen is falling off!
With the 2 iPhones I had an iPhone XR and an IPhone 8. The iPhone 8 had a cracked screen and we ended up getting back the camera all fucked up and it glitches out and still does! On the iPhone XR we need to get the inside of the screen fixed and ended up with having a fucking light appear on the top where the speaker is at and camera and they said it was normal? Wtf is wrong with you guys! Also speaker was mis placed and didn't even work! And some how these dumbasses fucked up the Face ID. I swear I would sue this on ace if I could. NEVER AGAIN!

My computer was running slowly, freezing and overall acting like it was dying. A friend recommended I take it to Willtech, after I had a totally unsatisfactory experience with a Sunriver computer company. My computer is now virus, trojan and malware free and runs like a scared rabbit! I'm so happy! Willtech completely checked out the health of my computer, explained all my options, then installed a new blazing fast hard drive, explained everything he did (including leaving my previous hard drive installed for extra storage since there was room) and for a totally reasonable price. I would recommend this vendor to anyone needing computer service.

Yelp needs more stars. My computer was just doing it's own thing and suddenly it died. I'm somewhat computer savy, must be the Power Supply right. That's the most obvious thing to crap out. I took it to Willstech because I hate rooting around inside a several thousand dollar desktop and talked with Robert to buy a new power supply. He says - Yep - it's probably the power supply BUT let's make sure. Thankfully he was thorough. Turns out the motherboard was toast and the pwoer supply was fine. Shouldn't have happened but hey - that's life.
No charge for the half our of his time checking out the computer. Bought a replacement motherboard and brought it to him this morning. He installed it and I'm back up and running an hour later. I can't recommend a place any higher than this. These folks know their stuff and are amazingly fast at fixing this. Everything works like it should. Got a computer issue - go there.

My computer hadn't been able to connect to WiFi for 2 years and I was skeptical about paying money to fix it. I was able to get my computer in the same day for FREE DIAGNOSIS which wasn't offered at other shops. It cost 50 dollars for the part and installation of my new WiFi card which is less than diagnosis alone would've cost at Paul the Comp guy. I am thrilled and will recommend them to everyone I know

I really have to say thank you to my friend Dave Stalker for turning me onto Willstech Computer Solution. Robert is so awesome. Not only did I get a great deal on an all-in-one computer for my karaoke business, but I have gotten several quick repairs on other computers, and the customer service is jammin'. His pricing is fabulous and he is just an all round nice, helpful guy to deal with. Willstech is my new favorite for any kind of computer I will ever buy or get repaired from now on.
