These guys are so helpful. They fixed my sons tablet in a matter of minutes! I also use them for my business technology issues and problems are always fixed promptly. Would highly recommend them!

Item was priced incorrectly in store, manager promptly fixed the issue by giving a refund for difference. I appreciate customer service like this, he was very helpful today. I will return for future computer needs. Thank you.

They said as a business I would get priority and had a tech call me back right away and the following day they accessed my systems and added some additional security to my network and now have them monitoring it. The screen on my laptop malfunctioned after I had bumped my laptop. I feared the worse. The RWC team quickly assured me, after hooking the laptop up to their monitor that my computer was OK and that it would just need a new screen or possible video card. The staff was friendly and professional.

Due to a series of very vexing and recurring issues with Google and all my needed apps, I chose to give RWC Tech a try, as a relative newcomer to the area. Great choice, excellent source, resolved the issues and at a very reasonable cost. Recommend without reservation!

Have used this place several times. They are outstanding. They give estimates prior to the work and they give options to save the customer money. This week extremely helpful. Got me in right away and solved what could have been major catastrophe.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Redwing Computer from start to finish. It is stressful when your computer is down and both Paul and Chris went out of their way to answer my questions and put me at ease. They are knowledgeable caring people and I could not have asked for more. The service was professional and the prices were very fair. They even followed up after the fact. I can't say enough good things about the help I recently received from Red Wing Computers. I received a popup that looked like it might be a scam on my bank's website. Being computer illiterate I could not escape the site so I called Paul at Red Wing Computer in tears he walked me through my problem and waited while I tried to enter again and when the same site came up again I asked if I could come down and he readily agreed.

He explained my problem in a way I could understand and told me what to watch for in the future. Needless to say I left the store with a smile on my face and know where I can safely go with any future problems.

Had my screen replaced for my Iphone and the digitizer went out within three months. It was a great price and the staff was friendly but proceed with caution when selecting aftermarket parts. I called and was told that it wasn't covered. Update: when the store heard there was a problem with the product they immediately reached out and are working to repair my phone. It's a local owned business with amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
