I moved to the California Delta recently after having owning a computer repair store in the Alabama for 8 years where I did jobs for big companies such as Walmart, Lowes, Gander Mountain, 3M, Siemens, Burger King and more . Previous to that I worked for a large eCommerce company in Denver doing IT support for them. I have many certifications; too many to enumerate here. Among the more common ones I have are MSCE, MCP, CompTia A Plus, along with Dell Desktop Technician, Toshiba and other Microsoft Certifications.After speaking with locals in the area and contacting other shops to inquire about prices/terms, I decided to open Rivers Edge Computer Solutions. There's definitely a lack of technology here in the Delta. You shouldn't have to drive 30-45 minutes to drop off your computer at Best Buy only to wait 2-3 weeks for a quote. I offer free pickup and delivery (certain areas only) and most jobs are done on site. I charge per job not per hour. I can't believe that most computer repair businesses will keep your equipment for weeks just to diagnose or do simple repairs. I pride myself in fast turnaround, great customer service and honest diagnostics. If I do have to take it back to my shop, most repairs are ready in 24-48 hours, unless its a situation where we have to replace parts.

I work in law enforcement so when my computer crashed, I had to find a dependable and reliable person to fix my computer. I must say Danny was that person his customer service was excellent.
