I definitely recommend getting your computer fixed with Rockland County Computer Services Inc! Scott did a fantastic job fixing my laptop. My motherboard was broken so I bought a refurbished one to replace it, I tried having Best Buy installing it for me but they wouldn't/couldn't do it. Scott was able to take out and reinstall my motherboard on my laptop which is a very complicated task to do, and he did it! Now my laptop is up and working again :) Also, the customer service is excellence. I highly recommend this business.

I have recently had a serious and frustrating issues with my computer. I have been to Staples, Geek Squad, PC Richards for help. Each of them only contributed to my frustrations and did not fix my computer. I found Scott at Rockland County Computer Services. In one day he resolved my computer issues and returned my computer working as if it were new again and in fact working better then it ever has. Scott did a great job evaluating my computer and updating everything so it was transformed from a frustrating slowpoke to a speed demon. He also did a great job setting up and networking my wireless color printer, which was a task that definitely was beyond my pay grade. I have been using Rockland County Computer Services now for several years. Scott is very pleasant, but more than that he really perseveres until solutions are found to whatever problems have come up with my computer. I have utmost trust in his judgment and recommendations for repairs. More importantly, his charges are reasonable. I would not use any other computer service in the County! I highly recommend him!

I've been having issues turning on my computer for quite awhile. I really didn't want to buy a new computer so I started searching for a computer repair company. Upon my search I read the reviews for Rockland County Comp. Services, so I gave them a called. I set-up an appt for that day and within a few hours, Scott was at my house to diagnose the problem my computer was having.
He took my computer with him, so that he could fix it at his office. And after a few days he brought it back working perfectly. Now my computer is working better than ever, it's as if I have a brand new computer. I would definitely recommend this company if you're computer is ever having any problems. This service was excellent, and Scott's skills and customer service get my highest recommendation. He was able to pick up my computer, diagnose the issue, and make suggestions on how to proceed without any delay. I decided the repair was not worth it, so he aided me in selecting and acquiring a new laptop (at an excellent price). In addition to that, he transferred all files and programs, as well as the "feel" of my old laptop in terms of ease of navigation and look. If you have a problem with your computer, Scott will save you time and money. I plan on using this service again in the future.
