They were very helpful when I called and they sent a technician over the next day to work on our network problem. The tech determined it was bad switch ports and was able to order a switch and it arrived the next day from fedex. When the tech changed them out, it was like a new network again. No more problems, and the tech was very helpful. I will definitely be calling them again.
