Welcome to Wisp, a family technology company located in Harvey, Louisiana, on the West Bank of New Orleans. We're 4 co-owners, tinkerers, tech-lovers, and fixers, dedicated to keeping your technology in tip-top shape.Many clients come through our doors because their iPhones have broken (one too many drops!) Some need advice on the right kind of computer to purchase for their business. Others just want an answer to a simple question, like "How do I connect my email to my phone"? Whether you have the latest Android smart phone, or a 2005 flip phone, or a video game system older than your children - we're the experts you can always take it to.
We're not like the competition, which is a small branch of a national, face-less organization that can charge up to $120/hr for labor. Our philosophy is simple: We'll tailor every client experience to your exact needs and budget, finding the best solution for you and only you.
We opened our store on the West Bank of New Orleans because we love the community here. We have helped client from Harvey, Estelle, Gretna, Marrero, Terrytown, and all over, and if you need us to come to you we're happy to do that too! At Wisp, our goal is to be every client's guiding resource in the new, highly technological world.

Wisp (especially John the pixel guy) is amazing!!! They first fixed my Google pixel speakers when they stopped working. Then when the battery was being difficult they replaced it as well. I didn't even hesitate contacting them when my Surface Pro 3 stopped turning on. After they worked their magic my tablet is back home working away for me like new! I tell everyone I know with electronics issues to go talk to Wisp!!

After months of googling and YouTube, I finally decided to take my HP all in one to a professional. I found this place via google,saw the reviews and decided to take it in. We both thought it was an easy fix, but NO! It was more than we expected! But, I have to say, the tech, wish I could remember his name, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to figure out the problem and fix it. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! Thank you guys for all of your help, I really appreciate it!

Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly. I was using a claim on my Square Trade warranty, a first for me. It was all very seamless. The results are fantastic. I'm so happy with my experience at Wisp, and while I hope I don't need their repair services anytime soon, I'm glad to know where to go. (And I'll be using them with or without my warranty!) I know they have additional services as well, so they'll be the first I call with anything they do.

Jamal is a wizard! Brought my macbook pro in with a damaged screen. Turns out it was water damaged but luckily the computer itself was still intact. They replaced my screen in record time. I had went to Apple already and they were going to charge me almost double and that wouldn't even include water damage! Front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend Wisp to all my friends!

Great experience! Will definitely be doing business here again. Price was slightly higher than I hoped for, but this was without a doubt the fastest turn around time I have ever had on a repair. I was told they needed to order the part and it could take 5 days but they had my macbook ready to be picked up in 2 days.

I went to the Mac store with a bricked MacBook Pro and they told me all they could do was send it back to Apple for refurbishment. It would have cost me $800. I took it to Wisp with low expectations, and these guys came out as HEROES. One of the owners put it on a high powered charger and I waited. He had me booted back up in less than 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to come back to Wisp.

Initially had brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. Went flawless. Very quick service and my iPhone was back up and running like new. Decided to bring my wife and daughter's iPhones in as well for battery replacement. Another great experience. They really stand behind their work. Kept me informed throughout the process. Wouldn't take my electronics anywhere else for repair. Truly a professional staff. Will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy. Janelle was awesome!

Wisp is AMAZING! I have brought several phones here and several computers also. Every time I go I am amazed at the customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and they will forever be my go to place when I have electronic problems. They are very honest and if they can't fix it they will let you know what to do and I have been there a few times where if they couldn't help me recover something from my computer they did not charge me for it since they couldn't help! Just incredible. I love this place!

ANOTHER 5 STAR RATING REVIEW FOR WISP--AGAIN! My warranted HP laptop recently crashed and HP told me they would probably not be able to save my files, so I called Wisp before I returned my computer back to HP. No promises were made but they would look and see what could be done. They were able to get all my files, kept me posted by phone daily of their progress and did not charge an arm and leg for all the work they did.
I seriously don't think there is a better service out there. Not on the Westbank? Definitely worth it to drive over the bridge for a job well done. I'll be back anytime any my electronic breaks. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

We have come here several time. With teenage kids you can imagine the many time needing a screen replaced! They've done an amazing job each and every time and they are priced reasonably. We've also brought our MacBook Air here for repair and they where able to fix no problem for less than half what Best Buy quoted me. Definitely recommend if you need any electronics fixed.

GREAT small business to deal with. Best service ever, they replace the screen in my HTC U11. Ordered on Tuesday, they went out of their way to track it and make sure I could work the repair into my travel plans, installed on Friday. You cant even tell the phone has been touched. They also sell NICE anker charge cables and many accessories.

You know a repair shop is honest when they don't try and sell you false hope. They looked through the guts of my phone and identified several areas where corrosion and water damage made it likely to fail and basically said they wouldn't feel good doing the repair. I also liked that they pointed exactly what they meant so I could decide for myself. Super professional!

Top Notch Service! Great pricing. Swift turn around time. Great staff that doesn't mind taking the time to educate you on #allthingsPHONE. Free WiFi while you wait. 2nd time cracking my iPhone 5 screen, ughhhh & I had to have it replaced; I mean who has time to play with shards of glass? I mean really. AnyWHO! I journeyed over to the facility, which is located in the FOUNTAIN PARK CENTRE on Manhattan, to have my screen replaced.
While they do offer the service I need, screen replacement, and at a nominal fee, because I am a CUSTOMIZED CUTIE PIE, I wanted a specific colored screen, my needs couldn't be met (PLEASE NOTE: all me, not them). I was however able to have my battery replaced in a very short period of time. They offer warranties on all their work, which is a definite plus! I plan to return, ughhhh, IF THE NEED ARISES. Note to self: stop being butter fingers stop dropping your iPhone.
