Dynamic Computer Solutions

I recently had some renovations done to my house; this required that I dismantle my computer system. Having had to do this I decided to upgrade my computer system and components as well. After researching and speaking with several companies, I decided that Dynamic Computer Solutions was the right fit for my home solution. Tony came over for a consultation and to see how things where currently set up and how it could be set up, we talked for about 45 minutes discussing my needs, how I was going to use the system and a wish list. Tony was attentive to my issues, requests and questions, and also made some suggestions based on our conversation.

After the visit, Tony work up and sent a proposal with line items for equipment (which included specific makes, models and cost) and labor to meet my specific needs. As promised Tony sent me an itemized list. This list included a line for the labor cost, so I knew up front what the end cost would be. While the house was undergoing renovations, Tony purchased the computer, software and components, even transferred over common files and folders from the old computer and rebuilt everything at his office so that on the agreed installation date, he would have everything ready to go.

On the install date, Tony showed up on time, and with all the equipment needed. True to his word, Tony was able to get the computer and components up and running on the wi-fi system in the time and labor quoted with no issues or problems. Tony Smith is an honest shoot form the hip, small business, knowledgeable individual. I have Tony's number in my phone book and at the ready to use and hand out to anyone who says they need some computer work, or system design.

Professional, prompt and friendly service. Anthony made IT accessible to me, thoroughly explaining everything he was doing as he worked on my drive. He kept me updated in a timely manner and charged me what he quoted me (at a reasonable price). I can't recommend him enough, and will be sure to utilize his services in the future.

Tony is one of a kind. He knows the meaning of true customer service and satisfaction. Don't spend time on the phone with "Tech Support" and not even have that option available after hours. Tony will call you back and get your problem solved after hours and pretty much immediately. It simply doesn't get any better!

Anthony is great. He is willing to go over things with you and doesn't talk to you like you are stupid or he's better and he doesn't try to use tech talk that will confuse you. He asks the right questions and will not try and sell you on a service you do not need.

He has worked on all of the family computers for years, but his passion is business IT support. Excellent. Passionate.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from DCS! Anthony exceeded my expectations. He picked up my laptop on Tuesday, fixed the problem, without trying to sell me unnecessary or overpriced components, and returned my laptop to me the next day! He's very professional, well versed in his field, and answered every question I had. I don't know of any other computer repair company that offers free pickup and delivery, no over-selling, and exceptional customer service! I highly recommend!

My wife and I have a custom computer containing many parts from different manufactures and seems to give techs issues.
