This entity comes up when I do a search for IDO LLC, which has a contract with American Home Shield. If you are assigned to IDO LLC for any appliance repair, tell American Home Shield "immediately" that you don't want them in your home. You will get an initial visit (and given a very cursory, not comprehensive review of the problem) and then wait while they reportedly order parts.
You will wait a very long time. You may not get resolution. When you call to inquire/complain, you will be told that you'll get a call. You won't get a call for a very long time. You may have to call AHS several times. We still don't have resolution. It is clear to me that IDO LLC is milking a contract with AHS. Their primary business is web services. They should stay in that lane.

I found webzone on the internet in September. I needed my screen fixed on my laptop. The first couple months Kevin kept me informed of what was going on. I was set up with a monitor while they were supposedly looking for my screen. It is now June and I only have half my laptop. I tried disputing the charge on my debit card. When the investigation was all said and done it was found a fair trade was made. The monitor was only supposed to be temporary. I do not recommend this company. They stole my laptop screen and my money.

The fan of my alienware laptop was damaged after a normal maintenance. They even didn't install the cover on the right position. I called Dell customer service and required a on site service, the technician replaced whole of the heat sink to fix the abnormal noise made by the fan. I will never let them touch my computer again.

I dropped my tablet a couple months ago and cracked the screen pretty bad. Thankfully The Web Zone was there to help me. For a reasonable price I was able to get my screen replaced quickly and they could not have been more helpful or friendly. Their senior citizen and veteran discounts also helped me save money. Don't bother going anywhere else, these are the professionals you need when your tech breaks down!

Reason for visit- laptop would not turn on Solution- a new adapter and charging cord Added fixes- cleared off a lot of malware, installed ad blocker, and virus protection They were unable to provide me with a charger that would work. I am now looking up the proper parts on my own. Very disappointed that they were unable to provide reliable replacement parts through their vendors and ensure that the parts would work for my laptop.
As a student I am very frustrated that I had to go without my laptop for so long- I first gave them my laptop on February 15th and it is now April 3rd. Thanks for the malware, ad block, and friendly service, but not much beyond that.

Scam artists! Never ever take your cell phone to these guys. I never leave reviews for anything, but I would be remiss not to tell my story here so that no one else has to go through what I went through. If I could give zero stars, I would. They destroyed my $300 phone and screwed me out of $90. I brought in a brand new Sony Xperia Z3+ for a simple screen replacent.
I had the phone for barely a week, when I dropped it onto my hardwood floor. It had a case on it, so the screen didn't physically break, but the LCD display inside was bleeding colors. I chose the WebZone for their 90 day warranty, but I guess that doesn't mean anything when you refuse to honor it later. I paid $90 up front for parts and labor. I was told the part would arrive in 2-3 business days and would be repaired the same day it arrived.
Instead it took almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive (which they conveniently blamed on the post office). After waiting so long, I just wanted my phone fixed so I could get back to using it. Instead what I recieved from Zach was my device with a screen that wasn't even inside the frame of the phone when he gave it back to me "fixed". It was so bad I could run my fingernail between the screen and the frame the whole length of the phone.
I could see inside my phone from the side! Not to mention he severly gouged the frame all around the screen, I assume trying to get the original screen out. He argued with me that the phone was fixed even though it was so blatantly screwed up that anyone could see it. After arguing with him at length, he finally conceded that "maybe it just needs some more glue".
Keep in mind, its not that the screen wasn't flush, it was sitting completely ON TOP of the frame on the right side of the phone. I gave it back to him and told him I wanted it fixed correctly. What I recieved the next day was even worse! He had finally managed to get the screen inside the frame (although it still wasn't flush), but had somehow managed to gouge my frame even more, glued over BOTH of my front facing speakers, broke my proximity sensor, and hadn't even glued the back panel back on!
I couldn't hear anything and without a proximity sensor I couldn't see my screen during calls to use the keypad or hang up or anything. At this point I was furious and demanded they give me my money back so I could get it fixed somewhere else. They refused to do so, saying they had to "evaluate" it first, which would take another day. I begrudgingly left it with them again hoping that they would honor their warranty on their work after seeing how blatant the damages to my phone were.
I only left it for an "evaluation", stating that I didnt want them to work on it again, only to evaluate it and give me a refund. Zach called me the next day to tell me that he had cleaned the glue out of the speaker (which he didn't do) and that his solution to breaking my proximity sensor was to unplug it. At this point I realized they weren't going to give me my money back no matter how bad they screwed up, and I wasn't about to leave it with them for another "evaluation", because god knows what else they would break on it.
I decided to cut my losses and picked the phone up. He gave it back to me with the back plate still not attached (I have photo evidence of this), but I took it anyway just to be done and took it to a different shop to fix what they messed up. The guys at the other shop laughed at what he had done to my phone. They said the "glue" he used to attach the back was actually something more like thermal paste that would never fully set; the screws inside were all in the wrong places; he lost the gromit to my proximity sensor and thats why it didnt work; he still hadnt installed the screen properly and the epoxy he used to attach it, which isn't meant for phones, was so concrete that they couldn't even get the screen back out so they could fix it properly;and he had filled in the channel inside the phone that amplifies my speaker, which is why I couldn't hear anything. $300 broken phone + $90 charge. Thanks guys

Today ends more than a month of my horrible ordeal with the Web Zone. I came to them in part because they had "good" yelp reviews. I now know that the majority of this businesses accurate reviews can be found in the "not recommended" area. If you aren't a regular Yelp user, your review doesn't get recommended. If I had read some of those reviews, I never would have gone to this business.
I went there more than a month ago to get my iMac fixed. I signed a contract for $95 in service fees (but wasn't offered a copy of the contract, which he is legally obligated to do) and was told the vast majority of things could be fixed in a few days. Fast forward a few weeks and my computer still isn't fixed and I have been charged an additional $425 in parts that either didn't work at all or didn't fix my computer.
Total charges of $520 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Web Zone deemed my computer "unfixable." When I indicated some of my charges could be considered fraudulent, manager Kevin wouldn't give back my computer until I paid him $250 in cash. I have much more I could say about my insane experience, but I'll just end by saying that you should go to another place if you are considering this one.

These guys are saints. The first time I used them a couple of years ago, I was so pleased at how fast they did things! They warned me that they had to order parts, but once they were in, it would be same day service. And it was! Then, this year, I had the most complicated phone issue EVER. Long story short, they tried everything and cut my costs as much as they could - and in the end, found me a replacement phone for a great discount.
All the while, they have been friendly and courteous with me, even though I was "that customer" that had to keep coming back with an issue!; Plus, they have been so cooperative in helping me file a claim with square trade. These folks do great work, are fast, reliable, and super cooperative. They won't rip you off. I'll always go back to them. Thanks Kevin & Zack!

This place has a couple reviews (and A LOT of filtered negative reviews) but the overall experience is not great. The Web Zone has vague, confusing charging policies. The final price they charged was much more than the initial quote and the actual service took so much longer than expected. Also, the service takes a really long time. The employees do not seem to get along with each other, which could be why customer service suffers. It's best to go somewhere else in Eugene-Springfield for similar service.

I have a Samsung Note 3, it is the best phone I've owned so far. I like it a lot. So, when I carelessly tossed it onto the bed and it landed on my M&P, smashing the LCD and digitizer I wasn't happy. I called around looking for a price quote and the last place I happened to call was Web Zone. The owner was extremely polite, and knowledagble, but here's a big selling point.
Every one, all of the local area repair shops, were a week out on a screen. He had mine in two days, over the weekend! You have excellent and knowledgable service and prompt, fast delivary. Exactly what you were looking for. They're also fond of Veterans. Give Web Zone a try and let me know what you're opinion is.

I dropped my Nexus7 off for repairs. The staff was quite helpful and professional. Even though it turned out that my tablet couldn't be repaired the traditional way (tried "fixing" it myself first), the staff was full of suggestions for interesting 21st century solutions to my problem. I had to move, and left my device behind accidentally, and they sent it back to me! Great business. 10/10 would recommend!

Had my iPhone 4S screen repaired after it was dropped and cracked. These guys were fast, efficient, and a great value. The owner is super friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, what to expect and how long it would take. He got the job done within that time frame and now my phone looks like new and works perfectly. I would highly recommend using these guys for repairs of apple products as their work is good and their price is unbeatable.

First off don't let these guys sucker you in with their "nice" and reassuring voices. These people are by far the worst repair shop Ive even encountered. I took my ipad2 in to get a digitizer replaced and it came back covered in glue, the power button was crooked, and the adhesive they used was super thick tape so my digitizer towers over the sides of the ipad2, so thick in fact I could run my pinky underneath the digitizer.
On top of that they didn't put back on the boarder, not that they could have with their huge tape, but now the screen can constantly catch on everything. When I called and told them about all of this they basically laughed and said oh that's actually how you repair an Ipad2. Sorry sir but no it is not. Do yourself a favor and either go some were else or try to repair it yourself because you'll do a hell of alot better than these guys.
Now I'm out $166 and have to get my ipad2 repaired again : I should have sent my ipad2 off to a real repair company to get repaired but got conned. Overall save your money and your equipment! If your looking in Eugene there are a few places that do the repair cheaper and one of the places in town can do the repair in less than 2 hours.

When I cracked the screen on my iPhone, I went to The Web Zone because they advertise this as a same day repair. It ended up taking an entire week because when it was first returned to me, I couldn't hear through the speaker. When I came back to their office, they initially refused to take responsibility. Since when is quality control the responsibility of the customer?
Over the course of 7 days I had to make 5 trips to their office. This was due to the errors made during repair but also because of their poor communication skills. One of the 5 trips was made simply to drop off my wall charger because they failed to mention this would be needed. How does a company that repairs iPhones not keep an iPhone charger in the office? Overall, The Web Zone is lacking in professionalism, skill, and courtesy. The last straw was when I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't give me one because my phone had been fixed the same day.
