The first time I brought my pc here I was having technical issues with it. They fixed it in a timely manner and recommended switching to a different type of storage, I agreed and they did it for a reasonable price. The second time I brought my pc in was for some part upgrades and it was ready the same day, which I wasn't expecting and was pleasantly surprised!
The price was not bad at all and I appreciate the work they do here. I would recommend them! I haven't had any issues with my computer at all and I would bring it back without a doubt if I ever run into issues.

I dropped my 2021 Moto G Power and shattered the screen. Looked around for a place that would fix it. Even notified Motorola, they told me I'd have to ship it in to have it fixed because there were no service reps in the Shreveport Bossier area to service a Motorola. I called B.I.T.S. and they agreed to fix it and gave me an immediate quote. This was on a Monday, by Wednesday my screen was replaced and working like new! Highly recommend these guys, they do great work!

I went in today right before they closed and they did not rush me at all. They gave me options, then even checked the warranty on my device and recommended I call the manufacturer because it would be covered in the warranty instead of paying them! I loved how honest and helpful they were and don't just try to get me to pay them for something. Thank y'all so much!

I called 2 places prior to simply put windows 10 boot drive on a USB (I don't have a backup computer) and both kept trying to up sale me to install it on their own. I didn't want to lug my pc around nor pay ($85 and $125, the other 2 quotes I got) for an install I can do on my own. I called these gentleman and without question "Yes sir, that's no problem." Then quoted me a realistic price for loading windows on a usb.
I brought in my usb and 30 minutes after I arrive I'm leaving a happy customer. I would highly recommend this place. Not only is the price fair, but it was a very professional and smooth experience with them. Thank you guys very much.

Recently we spent an afternoon driving around and calling trying to find a place to get a new battery installed in our iPhone 6. The repair facilities were all too busy or not opened. I was frustrated at the time, but am so thankful now. The next day, we ended up in Bossier at B. I. T. S. PC Repair. This was such a great place. I have a disability and getting in and out of car is so difficult.
The technician met me at my car and took my information and cell phone. It took about 30 min to complete the repairs. He suggested a couple of other improvements. One I accepted. One I decided it could wait...to save money. Long story short (too late) the service was beyond what I expected. It was fast and skillful. He even repaired the extra item at no charge.
I would trust him to repair my computer, iPhone or any gadget. He was accommodating of my disability. His location is right across the street from the main Post Office in the Heart of Bossier shopping center.

Went in for a simple screen protector/case purchase. TJ spent a lot of time looking at the various options they had even though it was a small purchase. Then he took his time and installed the screen protector without ANY bubbles! Was very friendly, helpful, and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend them to any of my friends! Oh and the sell computer parts cheaper then some online retailers!
