Wow, Del is just old-fashioned nice! So rare to find in today's world. My friend's Hotmail account was hacked and Del spent a number of hours with us making sure her devices all had up-to-date security protection and helping us try to find any potential gateways for crooks. Then he tried to not charge us. Amazing! I will certainly go to Del with any of my computer needs.

Our residential condo wanted to setup WiFi access for our residents in the pool, community room, gym and parking garages. We're in north beach and some mobile providers get weak coverage on our property. We were looking for a solution where residents can use their phones all over the property for calls and web access. We contacted BlueTech IT (as well as a few others) for a proposal and they provided a comprehensive and detailed plan of action.
We knew our layout was challenging but Rick at BlueTech was upfront with us about what to expect and gave us a thorough presentation of WiFi technology and recommended the perfect equipment for our property. We now have excellent coverage throughout all these areas and our WiFi speeds are fantastic. Our board of directors is extremely happy with the results and our residents can now use their phones in the garage and other weak areas with no problem.
We appreciated the communication throughout the project and they really are experienced. They oversaw the entire project from cabling to installation. BlueTech is now our preferred vendor for IT services and we are now working with them to get WiFi coverage for our beach.

Taking your computer in for repairs is like taking your car in, only 100 times worse. You have to entrust someone with your data, your memories and if you're a business owner, your livelihood. Rick went out of his way to keep me posted on what was happening, what my options were, and what the costs would be to get me back up and running fast.
I was on a deadline. He went beyond the call of duty to help me out, and his prices were very reasonable. I told him that he's not allowed to retire before I do. He's got a new client for life.

Although I use Yelp quite a bit, this is my first review and couldn't think of anyone better than Rick to write this for. I actually found his services on Yelp after using a previous company who was not bad - however, I wanted a more personal service - fast forward over 2 years now and we are beyond happy with the service Rick has provided our company with.
He is always one call or text away - and to date, there is not one problem he has not resolved. Excellent customer service! Rick drove down to the Keys to install WiFi/security application in my restaurant- received high quality products and service- I'm mentally challenged in the IT field, but Rick broke everything down Barney style to make it understandable. I almost didn't put five stars because Yelp has a bad habit of deleting my 5 star reviews. so they BETTER NOT filter this one! Like the first reviewer, I spent tons of needless money on people that 1) charged me much more than Rick and 2) didn't know what the hell they were doing and would never admit to it. I know it's hard to find a company you trust, who will respond quickly or work remotely on the issue, and not cost you an arm and a leg.
I would recommend BlueTech without hesitation and I'm a tough customer (as most female attorneys tend to be). I put off putting in a new server for 10 years due to unreasonable quotes but thanks to BlueTech, we are out of the Y2K era and into the 2010s! I second the first reviewer's. "bestest in the history of ever!"

So I found Rick through Yelp, and although he didn't have any reviews, after all the garbage IT services we've received, we thought it couldn't go any worse with him; we just needed help with our messy networks. And indeed; it didn't go worse or even close to any of our past experiences! Rick doesn't even deserve to be compared to any other IT company; he's the bestest in the history of ever! :) lol.
He goes out of his way and he will do things out of his job description to keep a customer happy and satisfied. That goes without saying he does know his ishhhh. Unlike these "Geek Squad" clowns. We've paid ridiculous amounts of money to so many different people in a period of 3 years for little network issues that ended up being unsolved until Rick came along. Our relationship with Rick is definitely headed to long-term :) and we highly recommend him. We are forever grateful we found him!
