Al fixed everything requested with great ease and explained what he was doing so I could understand. He answered all of my questions and made recommendations. Great person to have as an IT professional.

I had gotten a quote from another company that had tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of new equipment, which I didn't need at all. Was very pleased working with Al. He addressed all of our personal IT issues and even suggested measures that improved our IT security and limited unnecessary Web exposure. I called NC Computer Tech on Tuesday asking for help! I was operating a Window 7 system and needed to upgrade to a Window 10 system. I asked questions concerning the ability of my machine to handle the upgrade and to also improve my memory. Amazing but Al called me on Wednesday to let me know he would deliver my system back to me on Thursday! Wow, fast turn around. Al also spent time going over my new learning curve.

This is the 2nd time I have called NC Computer Tech and it is the only company I will call and use for any computer issues. I first called Al about 3 years ago because my computer was fairly old and having a few issues. Because I own a business that depends on my computer, I needed to upgrade and he was super helpful and answered all my questions and recommended a new computer and got everything upgraded, transferred to the new machine and made sure everything was working properly.

A few days ago, I called him again to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Again, he was able to come out quickly and get the upgrade done. Made some recommendations that would make my computer work better and got all that installed and done as well. He came out and got everything done in the time he said and made sure everything was working properly. NC Computer Tech is the only company I will have work on my computer and the only company i will go to for any computer questions. Al Williams is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy, and I highly recommend using him for any computer needs.

I've used Al for many years to work on all of my computers and will not use anybody else. He recently fixed my iMac. He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair with his prices. I've recommended him to all of my friends and they're also happy with his service. He may not have hundreds of reviews on Google but he should. I know it's usually not his style to ask for a review and he's never asked me for one but I wanted to leave one for him. It was long overdue. Thanks for everything Al!

I have now used Al's computer repair services twice now. The first time in 2015 he replaced my hard drive and it has been working great ever since. This past week, I thought my computer was having issues and he came out and did a lot of testing which pointed to the monitor being the actual issue. For both issues he's recommended replacements, that I am very happy with. He's very punctual, turnaround time both times was about three days. On top of all that, he is a nice guy. I feel his fees are well worth his expertise and knowledge.

I needed somebody to come to my house to get my Mac and Windows systems on my network and talking to each other and I also needed my network printer connected. NC Computer Tech came out and had me up running very quickly. They also set up my NAS for my backups. I would highly recommend them.
