Wills Computer Repair

I trust that when I take my computer, Ipad, or cell phone to Will and his staff that the work will be done correctly. Will and his staff are very good at what they do. They also are very helpful in explaining things to me, in a way that I appreciate. I full understand what was done to my computer, and how to prevent future problems too. I take the scenic drive to Lucama, because I know that when I get my computer back it will be run correctly!

The service provided at Will's is truly exceptional. He treats customers as people, with individual problems and not a number. Will is the Go-To guy.

Stellar staff, insane nerd knowledge and the prices are always square. Hell anytime I've had even a tiny problem, they make it right. Basically, Will's is the best around!

Very professional and great job! I had shattered my iPhone screen and needed it fixed asap. I was able to stop in before I went to work and it was taken care of the same day in a very short amount of time for a great price!

Absolutely thankful for Will's fix. My computer works again and is faster. The prices were reasonable as well. It didn't make me feel like I needed to go out and buy a new one, instead it was a better price to fix my old one. Beyond pleased with his work.

My iphone was cracked so bad I couldn't even USE it anymore and Will fixed it on the spot! It looks like BRAND NEW again!! And they were still moving into their new store, thanks for all your help yesterday it was nice meeting such friendly people!

My sister took her iPhone and my nephew's iPad for repairs. Today, mom and sister went to pick up her stuff after he's had both devices for 2 MONTHS! They watched him walk in and refused to unlock the door or answer the phone. My mom called the sheriff's department and the coward refused to open the door for the sheriff. He has basically stolen my 7 year old's iPad and my sister's phone! They even blocked both my sister and my mom from their page so they couldn't put a review up here. BEWARE of this place, they are thieves!!!

Will replaced Ipad 2 screen and removed virus from laptop. A+, job well done and quick service. Highly recommended.

This is a great local business I was happy to have the pleasure to do business with. I brought in my iPhone 6S plus with a broken screen, the staff were really nice and kind, and the service was terrific. I want to say I was in and out in less than 20 minutes which is amazingly fast, many others had wanted me to drop off my phone but not will. Fixed on the spot.

Price was great too! Looking back over everything, the work was flawless, the screws aren't stripped out the screen protector was put on correctly no air bubbles nada. very happy with his service and I will be coming back with any of my electronic needs. Thanks again! Y'all are great

Will's saved my rear end more times than I'd like to admit. from mine and my wife's phones to our kids tablets, he's fixed them all! Absolute GOD at repairs and best customer service I've gotten! He treats you like an actual person rather than a paycheck and that's what this world needs more of!

I took a laptop to Will's a couple of weeks ago and now my computer works as good as when I purchased it. Michael also showed me about the firestick and sonic tv for $20 a month so I got those also! Thanks Will and Michael. I will never go to another computer shop that's not Will's again!

Well I called and talked to Will on 11-27-2017 about my note 5 camera replacement. He charged my credit card for the parts and labor and said the parts should be there in a couple days. I called a lot of times before I FINNALY got the girl that works in there. I had to leave a message for Will to call me back. A week later I FINNALY got that girl again.

She said he would call me back but, I told her I herd that last time and have never herd from him. She put him on the phone and He assured me that the parts would be there in a few days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later no word from him and still a broken camera. It's been going on for over a month and can not get up with them. Now, I have seen where he has replied to reviews other people have rote so, if you are reading this you can call David, I know you have my number cause I left it with you and that girl a couple times. 1-16-18 update Will had contacted me and made things right.

I am changing my review to 4 star as I have mentioned, I have felt with him before and I was satisfied. I understand that things can happen in life that others don't understand. Thanks for making thing right.
