I was calling around a couple places to get an appraisal on how much it would cost to have my laptop looked at/fixed. Unlike other places that just quoted an hourly price or a flat fee (as one would expect), Eric talked me through the appraisal, asking me for generally what was wrong and computer symptoms. When I brought it to the shop, he was able to fix it in a couple minutes (okay, so maybe the fault was mine that I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own and fix it...) but I was absolutely delighted. Eric was earnest and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I have any future issues.

I took my Dell Inspiron laptop to Eric yesterday for him to replace the main battery that I had received in the mail from Dell. He was SO kind and patient, and he reassured me that I had received the correct battery. He spent about 20 minutes of his time replacing the battery, checking out the general health of the laptop, and advising that I needed a new charger (which I already strongly suspected). He absolutely REFUSED to accept any payment from me except $30 for the charger, which I know is a very fair price. I would rate him 6 stars if that were an option!

Great location near Fry's electronics. The place is kind of messy inside, but it's like a genius' workshop. Eric is the man and seems to be able to fix anything computer related. He helped me out big time a few months ago.

Eric is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Remember those experiences you have as a customer where you receive excellent service at a reasonable price and walk away feeling satisfied? That is what is like here. In the future I doubt I'll even bother looking anywhere else for repair services.

I've purchased 2 computers from Emax and I've taken one computer in for repair. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The timeframes were fulfilled as promised and the prices are comparable. This is the only place I'll go for computer repair in the future!

Erick is an awesome and very knowledgeable person. He goes up and beyond to get your computer and or laptop up and running again. I have been there numerous occasions due to my sisters kids carelessness with my stuff, but with Erick, his prices are fair, his services are quick and on time, and overall his customer service skills are off the charts GREAT!!! Very friendly, which is what most stores nowadays lacks heavily.

This place was great. The front room is a bit messy, and could use some organizational skills, but the value of service definitely makes up for it. I took my computer in because one of my hardives was failing and I suspected I had a virus. I'm not a very tech savvy kind of person so instead of trying to figure it out my self, I took it to this place.

He went over my computer with me and explained how he was going to fix it. When I came back to pick up my computer, he went above and beyond what he said he was going to do and not only fixed my hard drive and downloaded antivirus software but also managed to free up 43 GB worth of space on it. Then he also secured down serval hardware components in my computer since they where loose.

The he also fixed a heating problem that I had in my computer as well as fixed a problem with my fans being to loud. Now my computer works great with no problems that I previously had.

Abdul was very helpful and quickly repaired my broken laptop screen for a decent price. I definitely recommend.

I have an old computer. It was slow and outdated. Now It's working very fast. The price was less than buying a new computer.

I purchased a used desktop computer here and the customer service was excellent. The salesman had a great knowledge of computers and he answered all of my questions and there was no hard sell. He made a lot of suggestions that were helpful. He helped me set up the computer so it would be ready when I got it home. The price was fair and reasonable and it came with a three month warranty. Most excellent 5 Star experience. I spoke on the phone and quickly decided this guy could handle my laptop. My laptop is an OG commercial laptop, tough as nails and was capable of a comeback. This guy knew it too, fixed me up right. My ancient OG Dell Latitude is back in business, faster than ever and all for an extremely reasonable price. He even had this all done within hours. I needed to set up an extra monitor with my laptop and that's about all I knew! I wanted a used monitor for my own cost-savings, but also to keep equipment out of the landfill as well. Eric knew what I needed and sold me everything I needed at a fair price. I have quick and random questions every now and again I know that I can call him for advice/troubleshooting. Everything everyone has said is completely true. In addition to being good at what he does, he's just a general all-around nice person.

Eric does what he says and delivered a reliable product on time at a good price. He even got my old laptop going quickly and didn't charge me a thing. He is a great guy as well.

If I could give Eric more then five stars, I would. I am completely dependent on my laptop for work and it suddenly stopped working. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and didn't take any shortcuts. He also found an ingenious workaround to get my laptop working so I can continue to work while the part is on the way. Plus, he did all of this for a reasonable price.

This local business owner is the mad computer scientist who's knowledgeable very fair honest pricing and can do almost anything super non-conventional - replaced my laptop screen, it's perfect, see you with my next blunder - keep up the good work

This place does free estimates and they know what they're doing. Nice guy, was able to help diagnose a problem with my laptop and advise that in my case, repair wouldn't be cost effective, and I might be better off to put money I had budgeted for the repair toward my next laptop (mine is 5 years old). My old one will do for now. He spent about 15 minutes with me, no charge.

Hands-down best IT/PC repair experience! Simply walk-in with your machine and they'll take a look for free and make super-fair estimates. No over-pricing here on labor or components. Eric was super knowledgeable and helpful. The location is also very convenient next to Fry's, so he can just run over and buy the parts as needed - that's less time for you waiting on a shipment like typical repair shops.

Really great service. I brought in a non-functioning desktop, prepared for the worst and left with a better (newer) PC and all my settings/data installed and intact. All this for less than I expected to pay on the repair itself. So happy with the results. Eric booted up the broken PC in front of me, and ran his diagnostic while walking me through all the steps - a very honest, transparent process. Eric was great! Very knowledgeable about models and features and the trade offs with each and told me when something was really more then what I needed. I am very happy with my laptop and the price I paid.

If you need great, fast, and honest service this is where you need to go to have you computer serviced. Eric ran a 24 hour diagnostic on my boyfriends computer and determined it was not a hardware issue. He informed him that he would install any hardware needed; that he was confident with the diagnostic results. We plan on going back and I will purchasing my gaming laptop for travel from him.

Sam demonstrated the best experience of fixing a computer that I have ever had. His knowledge was extensive, his price more than reasonable and his true concern to get me in a place that would fit my needs genuine. He fixed hardware, knew his way around any software, and suggested ways (that were free) to keep my desktop running smoothly. He worked quickly to restore it and showed a personal interest in my being satisfied.

He also looked into a printer that had not been functioning, told me it was a very good printer, and found the best price for ink. I could not have asked for more. If there was another star, I would have checked it. I know where to call should I have any more problems. Thanks Sam :)

These guys are the best. I got my screen replaced in two hours. Every place I called wanted me to wait for at least two weeks. I am highly pleased with the really fast service. AMAZING, AMAZING! It's like having a best friend who also knows how to fix your computer. Turns out my motherboard was fried and when this happens that's it, your computer is done. I got a refurbished computer MUCH faster than my old one, with software upgrade, and THEY SAVED MY HARD DRIVE INCL. DOCUMENTS & PICTURES for total $ including labor a fraction of the cost of just a refurbished computer someplace else! I will never go to anyone else. They are incredibly fast all of this just took a couple of days.
