ASAP Computer

I have used ASAP on two different occasions. Both times they have gone over and above my expections. Everyone there is very professional and really make you feel you are being taken care of in a personable way. There prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best Buy sent me over to asap for a hard drive replacement. I had my laptop back in two days vs the two weeks Best Buy quoted me. They cloned my old hard drive to make my new one look like the old one so it looks the same. I lost no pictures or programs

I'll tell you one thing the fella that helped me fixed my broken cell/phone screen in 10 mins!! Your group of fellas are real quick and nice on top of all that! Open another store closer to Raleigh so I don't have to drive so far. Other stores are local but I trust only your workers due to all my private banking and pictures.

My computer was heavily damaged ans ASAP tried their best to fix it. they informed that they could get me a better computer for a cheaper price then it was to fix. They then only charged me for the new computer and not the time and effort they spent on the old one. If I have anymore or any of my friends need to fix their computer i will most definitely recommend ASAP.

We are from out of town. My computer kept shutting off. Daughter recommended Ben because he fixed her laptop quickly. Ben took our computer Saturday morning and started working on it right away so we could take it back home with us. Computer works like new now. Ben is great and we could not be more thrilled!

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Needed a new screen for an iPhone 6. Called in the morning and was told to bring it in which I did. They use only genuine Apple screens (I believed him but he showed me anyhow), and said they'd have it ready in an hour. We went to do some errands and our errands took a bit longer than an hour... I was pleasantly surprised that they called me just to make sure I knew it was ready. It looks perfect, was priced fairly, done quickly, in a convenient location, with a nice guy who seems to really know his stuff. Highly recommend!

ASAP Computer saved the day again! (Just like they did 6 months ago when I dropped my phone and shattered the screen). My dog literally chewed a hole through my phone screen and camera. I called ASAP in a panic and even though it was dangerously close to closing time, the owner had me come in right away and fixed it on the spot! Good as new and the price was extremely reasonable! Definitely recommend them! What a great business!

Do not get your computer fix here tech is to slow

Asap came highly recommend by multi friends! My Mac was not turning on and of course it had to happen the week my taxes were due. I originally taken it to Best Buy they we're no help. After that I drove all the way to apple where I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I made an appointment the next day. The guy at Apple told my I needed a new Mac that my main board and hard drive was no longer good.

I didn't have money for a new Mac. After going on Facebook and venting my frustration I had multiple people mention Asap computer. I call them Monday to see if I needed an appointment. The person I spoke to was very inviting and told me to stop in any time. I stopped by the next day figuring I was going to get the same news, and I received the best news possible!

Only thing that was wrong was one of the memory sticks had came dislodged! Nothing at all was wrong with my main board and the issue with my hard drive was minor. When it goes out I'll be back to Asap for a new one! Thank you for being honest and not taking advantage of a poor college student! My taxes are complete and so is my assignments that are due. Thank you asap!

These are my go to guys when my laptop starts acting up. The techs are real friendly, knowledgeable and will go into detail to explain the issues you may be having.
