First few jobs were great. Last requests no so great. Last week he called to confirm his visit but it wasn't for last week. Said he was busy and didn't put it in his phone. What a crutch. This week he called minutes before the appointment and said he was out of town on a job and just got the appointment reminder minutes before our time. We arranged our schedule for him, you know how that goes.
