I was actually quite impressed with their speed of service, me and my friend came in to get a phone reset and I expected an hour or so but he got it done in under 30 minutes, if even that. Definitely recommend this place if you want fast service

At the beginning of a very busy day, I inadvertently left my iPhone on my bumper and drove away. While I'm fortunate to have found it later, it had been run over. Screen was a spiderweb and my phone was useless. NWA cell phone repair had my screen replaced in a half hour! Caleb was fast, friendly and professional. He saved my day!

These guys are awesome. Broke screen x2 on this phone and took previous phone to them as well. I won't go anywhere else. Patients with each and every customer. Watched them work with a gentleman with a box of different items. What they couldn't help with (battery for older answering machine). Explained to him where to go and didn't rush him out. Highly recommended!

This place is the best and I would recommend them for cell phone repair 100%. They were professional speedy and a very reasonable price. best of all they found the problem, fixed my cell phone and I didn't have to buy a new cell phone

My phone's battery suddenly gave out, I've had it for three years. I'd never had to go to a repair shop but went to NWA first. I was not disappointed, the price was fair and my phone was fixed and back in my hands in about an hour. The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend them and visit again should I have need to get tech fixed.
