When you find something works, you don't want to lose it. I had been disappointed with computer repair companies in the past. My computer needed repair, and I knew I was looking at days of time, not to mention the money, setting up a new computer to where I liked it. I did some simple repair, Nick gave some great advice, and I can get back to what I need to do in life. I owe Nick more than just this review.

I can't think of a better company to call for computer service! Nick is a genuinely good man. His concern for his clients is second-to-none. His service is excellent, and far exceeds his pricing. I have called Nick in the morning, worried by a serious problem with our system, and by noon that day he had the problem fixed! As I stated, I can't think of a better company to call for computer service!

Absolutely Awesome! One phone call and my problems were fixed! He listens to what is going on, explains things to you and always has the best fix. Any time I have a problem with my laptop I go to Nick. I was so upset because I thought I lost all my documents, my screen went blue, etc. I called him and he told me come right in. He managed to get things running in less than 5 minutes than I had trying for over an hour. He has always done excellent work and is very fair with his prices. I take his advice as professional as they come and will follow up with that. Been going to Nick for many years and would never change. Great guy!

I was on spring break and I had a problem with my laptop screen that my school's tech support would not help me solve and also misdiagnosed the issue. I was nervous to give my computer to essentially a stranger but at this point I needed to take the chance. These reviews do not lie! Nick is a wonderful man who was very honest and up front about the problem and cost and also took the time to explain the issue to me, somebody who knows next to nothing about technology. Nick was able to order and replace the part all before I needed to go back to school and would always give me updates on the process.
Not worth taking a star off, but the office is hard to find since its in an industrial park and not openly advertised from the outside. However, once you know where it is you'll never forget it for all your computer and laptop needs! Definitely recommend!

Nick was a total professional with my problem. I had a faulty hard drive and basically was in real jeopardy of losing my life's work, family photos, videos etc. We was able to retrieve them all in a long drawn out manual process and advise me on exactly what new model hard drive I should get. When it cam time for the bill he charged me half of what we agreed upon. I consider him a friend.

My husband and I own a small business and rely heavily on our computers to operate our business daily. After Nick fixed my PC's corrupt register over a year ago, I brought him 2 computers for friends. Sat with him while he cleaned them both up, and on one he installed a stubborn app that I couldn't conquer. Enjoyed the visit, and I learned a LOT!

Nick was very helpful in assisting our family with the absence of a wireless signal in a portion of our home. He showed up at our home promptly with a wireless box that allowed us to extend our signal throughout our entire house, including the dead zone. Their rates are very reasonable and we will certainly use their services in the future.

Nick from Mr Computer has done a fantastic job on our computer. It had been running slow for quite a while. They reloaded our Windows 7 and it is working better than it ever did, running much faster than it ever has. Mr Computer has won our loyalty and we are huge fans. One of the nicest techies we have ever known, very honest. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and the prices are more than reasonable.
