We had multiple computers that were infected with the Mandiant USA Cyber Security Ransomware and we were totally locked out of them. We found Smith Technical Resources through a local Google search and contacted them after we spoke with a few other companies in the area. We were hoping to set up an onsite computer repair visit for that same day and they managed to do just that.
They sent a technician out within a few hours on that Monday and they managed to remove the Mandiant USA Cyber virus from all of our infected computers in a couple of hours. The technician that they sent was polite and knowledgeable, plus he kept us informed of his progress at each stage of the removal. We had a pleasant experience dealing with Smith Tech and would definitely recommend them to our clients and friends.

I rarely write reviews of businesses that I've received services from, but since Smith Technical Resources has done such nice work for us, I decided to write a review about the computer repair services that they have provided us. We're a small office, so we don't have a dedicated computer tech on staff. But we began to experience some very bad computer virus problems and also network connection issues.
I located Smith Technical Resources during a Google search of "computer repair in Nashville". And after speaking with one of they representatives, I asked if they could schedule an on site visit with us that same day and they stated that they could. The technicians that they dispatched called right before the appointment, because they had problems locating our office.
But they still managed to make it on time. Once they arrived, they managed to solve our computer virus problems within a few hours. Since it was late in the day and we were about to close, we asked them to return the next day to resolve the remaining network problems that we were also having. And after returning the next day, they made some wiring changes in our phone room and they also replaced our network switch. Afterwards our network was back to normal.
Our experience with Smith Technical Resources was very positive. They were very professional and affordable. And we will definitely utilize their computer services in the future if the need arises.
