Chris is THE MAN! I have an older DELL laptop that I really love because it's a bigger 17.3' and I tried to do somethings with it that were beyond my skill set.leading to me getting on-line to try to find some local HELP. I called Chris, explained what was going on and he was here at my home running tests on my laptop with a couple of hours. In about 15 minutes he was able to tell me exactly what it needed.
