I have been working directly on and with computers and computer systems since 1996. I have been performing maintenance on my own computers since I purchased my first computer in 1992; Windows 3.11: Windows for Workgroups, was my first Microsoft Windows Operating System. I have been building and maintaining ethernet computer networks since 1999. Wireless networks are new by comparison, but I have been working with wireless networking since 2004. Mr Block has developed a solution to keep the personal computer user one step ahead of the hackers and hijackers. Mr. Block came to my house and fixed all of my issues on Saturday afternoon. He showed up on time and worked diligently to address all of my concerns. He was very professional and did not stop until he resolved all of my issues. Mr. Block is my go to IT guy from now on and he did not charge me an arm and a leg, it was a reasonable charge for the services rendered.

I was very pleased with the service I was given by this company. He ordered the part I needed for the camera to be fixed on my daughters apple computer that broke. She went to the apple store and they wanted to charge her 500.00 to fix this when Mr. Block Computer repair only charged her 325.00. He ordered the part right away and as soon as it came in called and fixed it the same day I brought it because he knew my daughter needed it for her college classes.

I would highly recommend Steven to anyone who needs their computer repaired. Very professional and enjoyed dropping off and chatting with him and his wife. Very pleased and satisfied. Will def be back in future. Jill Waguespack

When I call Mr Block and told him my issues with my computer, he accommodated me the same day. He discussed every possible scenario with me to where I understood it. He was very welcoming, he educated me with the basic of maintaining my computers. He offered continue support which made me very comfortable with knowing that I had someone I can contact that had my back( I felt like I can call him day or night and he will be there).
