My laptop was stolen out of my car and I emailed Mark at 11pm trying to figure out what I could do to try and protect the data on it. I was not expecting an answer at that time of night, but Mark was quick to answer that night with answers to my questions and was extremely helpful in getting everything set up on my new laptop.

We switched to Itecs because we had issues with our old IT support company. Overall, Itecs has been the better choice of the handful of companies we've worked with in the past. We like that they assign three Network Administrators to our account and are available 24/7. They have shown that they won't nickle and dime us, no onboarding fees, and their cost structure is fair and flexible.
