I called several places looking for someone to repair my computer on the spare of the moment. Everybody was backed up. I called The PC Repair Network and they had a technician at my door within an hour and the problem fixed the next hour. Wow! now that’s killing the competition! The next time there is only one call I need to make, The PC Repair Network.

The technician that came to my house and repaired my computer was very fast and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in a language that I could understand. The next time I saw that problem arising, I remembered what he had taught me and was able to quickly solve the issue myself without a service call. Thanks The PC Repair Network!

I engaged Darrell Elliott's services to repair my laptop on Feb 12, 2022. I can verify he fixed my laptop. I sent $300 electronic payment to him via Zelle at his guidance. Chase confirmed receipt. He then drove back to my house and said his girlfriend "locked me out of that bank account. Can you please write a check and I will pay you back on Tuesday?".
On his word, and hearing in his voice a difficult personal situation, I wrote a check for another $300. Sadly, I must report, it is now May 28th and he has not repaid the cash advance. I have heard every excuse. What saddens me most is I trusted his character and had faith in his word. He can do the work, it's too bad, be careful of remittance. He fooled me.

"Awesome service! He was on time, to the point and very polite. Problem solved quickly. This kind of service is hard to find. Will definitely use him again and surely recommend his services." I'm casually going through my emails and reviews today and found this review that I NEVER made. This review was made 5 years ago and I know damn well I didn't make a review for this company.
I guess my email was hacked into 5 years ago because there's no way that people can make a review without a signing in first. People will do anything to make their business look good. Be truthful for once. Nice try punk

I experienced terrible customer service from this company. The repair took way longer than necessary and even to this day they still have not finished the repair! They took my money and did not complete the job. That was over 6 months ago! They were never on time, complete lack of follow through, and terrible communication. I would never recommend this company!

Never called me back after I left them my phone number about getting my pc diagnosed and potentially repaired. I posted this review a number of years ago. It's a fee years later now and I can confirm that they never called me back. Hell I even called them again for old times sake and they didn't answer or call me back. Some things just never change I tell ya. Well I hope they one day learn to right their wrongs and learn to pick up a telephone and answer. 0/10

Darrell, my son is waiting for his desktop you collected and you keep saying you would drop off, since you lost the CPU and cannot fix it. Now, after countless text messages to you, and no answer at all, I am coming on here to plead with you to please drop off my son's desktop. It's been since March!

Very fast, convenient, and reasonably priced! Conveniently went in to Tim's Mail Place at the Addison Circle which is a drop-off location for PC Repair Network. Tim was very friendly and helpful and put in my work order to Darrell right away. I got a call from Darrell, the owner and PC Repair technician, just a few hours later and he told me my laptop was fixed (there was a power issue from my 6 month old crawling on top of it). He even offered to deliver it to my home for me. Friendly. Fast. Right price. Couldn't be more pleased with Darrell's service!

Darrell was a great service technician who paid attention to details in his work and was able to repair and replace the faulty part in my Toshiba Satellite computer. The PC runs like a champ which saved me lots of money instead of going out and buying a new computer. Darrell even took the initiative to correct some other software issues without me having to ask and his work was above reproach. His rates are reasonable, he delivers computers as promised, I found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely return to his business for all my computer repairs.

I was charged over $250 for a completely UNsuccessful data recovery. Plus, the "company" uses TeamViewer to "fix" your computer from their home, then hold your computer hostage and make you pay them (or else they say). They watched me put in sensitive payment & personal information, which made me feel completely violated and held hostage. Dangerous company. DO NOT USE!
They try to make you pay using MoneyGram. Apparently located in Dallas, yet payout in Nashville? Not safe.
Darrell Elliott is the soul "owner" and not a "employee" though he may tell you this in order to say he cannot discount his very expensive services. He is a liar who manipulates and threatens his customers.

Don't let a couple of bad customer experiences sway your decision to use this company. They did an excellent job for me. Daryl was on time and the price was as stated. My mother in law's laptop had a horrible virus on it. She could hardly even get on the internet with it. Daryl picked it up from my place of work, a television station in Dallas, and drop it back off to me in about 2 hours.
The laptop worked great. The viruses were cleared off. He did such a great job on it I let him fix my son's laptop as well. Same thing. He picked it up from my place of work and returned it to me in about 2 hours. The laptop has worked great ever since. Daryl was on time every time. I can't speak for other computer repair issues, but I can attest that Darrell's virus removal has been successful both times I've used him. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional.

Short version: On August 29, 2014, Darrell Elliott of the PC Repair Network (www.pcrepairdallas.net) came to my house at my request to service a laptop with a broken keyboard. With my permission, Mr. Elliott took my computer and $85 as a deposit on the repair. I haven't seen my computer, my data, or my $85 since.
Longer version: I contacted Mr. Elliott after about a week and a half to inquire about the status of my machine.
He told me he would check on it and get back to me, but he never called me back. He then became unreachable by phone, by text, by email, and through the postal service (both standard and certified mail). He simply did not respond to any of my inquiries. It was as if he had vanished. At this point, I filed a complaint with the BBB, to which Mr. Elliott did not respond.
I also filed a stolen property report with the Dallas Police. A detective managed to reach Mr. Elliott. He told the detective that the computer had been stolen from him. (Note that he had never bothered to share this highly important information with me.)
Mr. Elliott committed to both the police and to me that he would resolve this matter with me within a week.
When that week came with no action on his part, he told me he needed a five-day extension. I did not agree to the extension, but Mr. Elliott took it anyway. He allowed that extension to come and go, however, without communicating with me.
So, roughly eight weeks after I first engaged Mr. Elliott, I do not have my computer, my data, my $85, or any reason to believe that I will ever see any of them again. You can read other complaints about Mr. Elliott online. Please learn from them, and from this one.

Had a used laptop serviced by Darrell Elliott of Pc Repair Network the work was never finished. We paid for services and now not even a month later the laptop he delivered is not working. He stated he would be back and never returned go back up the hard drive. We contacted him and no calls returned. Do not use this service he will scam you.
