On-Site PC Services is the Best! I own a law firm with 10 attorneys, about half a dozen staff members, and multiple offices; we could not make it without them! We have used other providers prior to finding them, and they far outshine all of their competition. Why? I needed remote hands for a client with an office in Richardson, so started looking around online and making some calls. When I got a call through to this firm I could tell this was going to work out. I arranged for the service tech to go onsite to my client and perform some IT work that required an on site visit. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them for IT services.

These folks are so GREAT I don't know where to begin. I'm located on the West Coast, my business office is in Irving, TX. Our computers lost connectivity to the Internet, Printers, and Servers. Called several businesses for assistance and some answered, some went to voicemail. I'm waiting for a call back from them for either a quote or initial consultation.

I call On Site PC Services, First ring they pick up. I explain my situation and they tell me, "well we can have someone out there within the hour. " YES YES, send him. Within the hour I get a call from my people, and the technician is on site. TOP NOTCH, very technical, courteous, and willing to LISTEN. Since I had an idea what the issue was, he focused on that right away.

He then drove to pick up the needed part and returned and replaced the defective part and assisted in testing the connectivity of the devices. My business relies heavily on these computers and they saved the day. Highly recommended, fair and reasonable pricing, but how do you put a price on lost business or lost productivity. These guys are not currently taking domestic clients, you need to have a company and make an appointment for them to service you. at least this is what the guy told us when we showed up at their location after around 6 attempts to contact them through the phone. It's fine if they want to be selective with their clients, but at least answer the phone so that people don't waste their time and gas. I don't know how good their IT service is, but their customer service is lacking.

Excellent service - fixed my problem remotely and in under an hour. Glad I found them! If you have a computer issue - give them a call.

I found On Site PC Repair on Yelp after calling others and decided to try On Site. They were able to save my hard drives with irreplaceable pictures of my deceased father. The service was very quick and they kept me updated on their efforts- very professional. Thank you!

Phone screen cracked pretty badly, took my phone to this repair shop on a monday. They seemed very professional and awesome from first glimpse. They had great customer service. They told me my phone should be done on Friday, so I go in and its not finished and they tell me it will be done on Saturday. So, again I go in and they tell me It should be done Saturday afternoon but I get out of work the same time they close so they offered to stay open 20 minutes later which was great.

So after work I go in and I ask them if they have finished. They told me he didn't get around to fixing my phone. which was supposed to be done on Friday. Now they tell me it will "be finished" on Monday. This store is a complete waste of my time and I will never. EVER. Come back again.

Get home, enter office. computer off? Hmm. Hit power button. Repeat. Curse. Disconnect everything, place computer in car. Drive to repair shop that previously fixed computer months ago. Arrive. Out of business? Curse again with a more Forceful choice of word. Grab smartphone, open Yelp, search computer repair. Select On-Site PC Services in Southlake and drive to location.

Upon arrival, realize this business usually doesn't deal with walk-in clients. Of course, putting "On-Site" in the business name should have been a big hint. Curse myself, but silently. No matter, though, as a friendly face appears and gladly inquires about my needs, takes my machine and contact info and promises to have someone contact me right away.

She wasn't kidding either because no sooner did I arrive home when Curtis calls. A few more questions and he says he'll be in touch. Flash forward a few hours later and Curtis calls back. Diagnosis? Bad power supply. Easily replaced and computer is ready to be picked up! Once I get it home, hook it up and it's like the whole ordeal never happened.

All at a reasonable price, too! Found out they've been in business for three years. Hope you read this review and give them your business. If anything happens to my tech again, I want them around!
