These folks are the most professional, efficient and helpful company- people-ever! Logan rocks as does the owner. I have used Airbits through 4 moves and over 10 years! Susan was also awesome, too, when she was with the company. I highly recommend them-super good internet service! Love you. Guys! Keep it up!

The only reason I give two stars here instead of one is because of the awesome customer service and tech knowledge of the lead installer/technician. The name of this man escapes me at this moment but he is awesome and super helpful, he's worked for the company since the original owners were in place. The newer tech, younger short haired blonde guy is not helpful and not someone I would ever want inside my house or business.
The bread and butter of this company is their supposedly "Fast, reliable high speed internet." I have been using these guys for years, probably close to 5 or 6 years and there has not been one solid week where I didnt have serious issues with connectivity or advertised "speeds." Speed is a must for me and my business, I have multiple networks in my place of business/home because I need the redundency.
Because of this, I have created scripts that check my interent speeds on all networks every couple hours during the day. I pay upwards of $75 a month for an average of less than 5mbps download and 1.09 upload speeds through Air Bits. This is outrageously bad. You'll find faster speeds in a lot of third world countries and this is supposedly the second fastest internet speed they offer.
The other large companies in Estes Park offer close to 15mbps down and up at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention the fact that city owned gigabit internet is less than 2 years away from being available throughout Estes Park. Air Bits has not done anything to modernize their network and it's really showing. This was an amazing small, family owned business that I was happy to support for many years.
However at this point it has changed hands a couple times, the real ingenuity is gone and it no longer makes any sense to continue to pay for a sub par service when 3+ other options exist in the Estes Valley.

We are rv work campers for the summer season in Estes Park! The WiFi and cell data service is not very good in this area due to lack of towers, the mountains and the number of tourists that come through here! We finally had enough frustration and called Airbits to see if we could get their service installed in our RV! They came out the same day and installed this device on the back of our RV and had us up and running on stable internet!
We couldn't be more thrilled now that we can stream Netflix, Sling or simply surf the Internet! I can now video conference with my kids and grandkids is best part though! Wonderful customer service and more than happy with this local company!

We moved to Estes Park back in May - we were in the market for high-speed, reliable wifi as we work from home. As an added bonus, we were living in a trailer on our property as our home was being built - so we also needed a company that could accommodate that. I am not going to lie - I was totally hesitant about the reliability of wifi and internet in general in the mountains coming from a big city.
But my husband found Airbits, he was completely impressed by the speed quoted and the fact we could talk to a real human that cared about their service. In everything that has happened over the 9 months with home construction, the one thing that has never let us down was Airbits wifi reliability, speed, and customer service. In the 9 months we have been using them - Internet went down for all of 20 minutes ONE day.
My husband called, Chris was already aware and was on it and he was. Airbits allows us to earn our living and live our lives filled with streaming and internet searching and for that we will be forever grateful! Thanks for being an amazing LOCAL company to deal with!
