We had an old computer with Windows 7, which on longer worked. We stopped in to see used computers and Chris fixed us up with a newer Dell computer with great ram which powers up and is ready to go in seconds. It also has touch screen, awesome resolution, and tons of storage all for $400. Chris was kind enough to transfer all the files from the other computer and give us an orientation to the Dell. I had looked on Amazon and would easily have paid double for a computer with the features that this one has. We are incredibly happy and grateful to Chris and the PC Clinic!

I installed Windows 11 on my 5-year-old desktop and it was a disaster. I took it to PC Clinic of Durango and in 2 days I had it back with a new larger hard drive. The machine runs beautifully. It is faster than ever. Thank you PC Clinic!

What a great experience. There's nothing fun about having your computer compromised, but at the PC Clinic of Durango, I found the help I needed. They were able to take my computer in right away and were done with it just as promptly. Chris is knowledgeable and explains things well, he actually showed me how to do new things on my computer, rather than just telling me, which doesn't work for me.

After I left, something still wasn't quite right, he had me bring my computer back in and he fixed it at no charge. Chris is such a pleasant person to work with, I felt embarrassed because of my lack of computer knowledge but he didn't make me feel bad about that at all. Next time I have a computer problem, this is definitely where I will go.

Chris was very patient walking me through my options and then explaining, in detail, how to hook up and use my new computer. He was open and honest about his own workload and deadlines. He was very professional, explaining all about my new computer in very easy-to-understand language. I appreciated his clear and precise communication to a non-technical person. He was very open to answering questions even after I got my computer home. I was dreading having to install a new system; he made it seem pretty easy and simple.

Their knowledge and expertise has allowed our business and personal computers to stay functional. When we have an emergency, they are available. They are conscious of pricing and time, which are extremely important in today's economic environment. You can't go wrong working with this excellent company.

They were able to help fix my lap top. They opened a bit late, but other than that, I have no complaints. They gave an honest evaluation and I thought their pricing was fair.

I would give a minus rating if it was available. We hired Chris to review our security system for our business. He insisted the system that we already was inferior to what we needed and insisted on us purchasing a new system through him. Once received per our agreement he was going to come by and install the new system and make sure it was functioning correctly.

The system was paid for upfront in June. It is now January of the following year. After us calling, emailing, and even stopping by his office for multiple months he still hasn't been able to get the "simplified" system he had us purchase functioning. When I suggested we return the system and requested a refund he became confrontational and blamed his inability to complete the project on a number of situations. No, I would not recommend this to a friend!

Chris took care of the issue with my computer and made suggestions about how I could improve the performance of my machine. He had answers for all of my questions and charged a reasonable amount for his services. I highly recommend PC Clinic and will use them for all of my IT needs.

My computer broke on me at the worst time and all my very important business information was on it, so I went in to see what these guys could do for me. They took their time to retrieve the information I needed and downloaded it onto my new PC. Anywhere else it probably would have cost a lot. I definitely would recommend them. "I don't know what the technician was doing before I entered the business, but he took my laptop and printer as soon as I entered the building and made it his first priority to get things fixed right away. He was humorous and confident he could fix my problem, putting me right at ease. He was fast, efficient, and even advised against spending more money to improve my computer due to its age.

He said it was better to save that money for a new laptop when I was ready. He even included some cool Velcro straps to keep my chords organized and untangled for the transit back home. I will be back for sure. at the next issue."

My laptop was not functioning very well and was moving very slowly. I took it to a the PC Clinics for analysis and recommendations. After checking it thoroughly out, options were laid out and implemented. After a few days, I got my laptop back. It was returned to me in tip top shape, running fast and smooth. I'm very pleased with my laptop functions. I heartily recommend the PC clinic for any computer repairs.

Chris quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem I was experiencing with my laptop, made a welcome recommendation to upgrade from mechanical to solid state hard drive, and completed the work within the estimated timeframe and surprisingly low price. Also, helped me on the spot when I picked up my laptop, and later over the phone, by reconfiguring my email software and browser to be sure all of my emails, bookmarks etc. were properly imported. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and when a parts supplier was late shipping the correct component Chris loaned me the component until the new unit arrived.
