Michael provided amazing service. Was able to squeeze me in between appointments when my computer completely died. I teach online as well as, like most of, also work remotely for a full time job. Click Computers/Michael were so beyond my expectations both times I contacted them. He installed my computer at my home. What would have literally taken me days he did swiftly in a short time. Yesterday my computer started having an issue after 4 1/2 years of having it. (I bought it refurbished so I didn't have a warranty) - Anyhow, I took it to the store where I bought it for technical support and it was suggested to me by a young man who spent maybe 5 minutes looking into my computer that I needed a new computer. He told me repairing this old one (a computer that was maybe 6 years old and one I use for basic use such as browsing the internet, using word, and checking emails) would be a waste of my money.

I was very discouraged when I left the store and decided I needed someone more experienced to look at my computer. I was fortunate to come across Click Computers yesterday. I read the google reviews and decided to make the call. Michael F. came to my place and resolved the issue with my computer FAST. He was here maybe a total of 30 minutes. Not only is my computer fine, but I didn't lose any data.

I am writing this review on the computer he fixed! I am very grateful for Click Computers and will highly recommend them to everyone. I will be buying my new computer from them and will use them as technical support from now on. The previous store lost me as a customer today. Click computers has been great and Michael is very easy to work with. He gave great advice, it cost what he said it would cost and he also set up our printer so I can scan directly to the computer. We bought our first desktop from them 10 years ago. It had slowed down, as would be expected for a computer that old, but we never had a problem with it. Michael was amazing to work with! I'm fairly proficient when it comes to computers, I build them and repair them for many of my friends. But I ran into an issue that stumped me and Michael was able to help with some BIOS settings over the phone that worked! He's extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Click Computers saved us last week. We were in a pinch and needed to either upgrade to Windows 10 or buy a new computer, and quickly. Michael was patient and took the time to ask questions and talk through all of our options with us. He then was able to make time within the next couple of days to get everything set up and taken care of. When we had a couple of glitches, he responded quickly.

His assistance was invaluable, and we are now customers for life. His prices were very fair, and most of all he was honest and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We cannot say enough good things about him and this company!
