Took my daughter's laptop due to charger cord breaking off in the port. Few other places told me that they couldn't have the part until Monday. Brad ordered me the part and had in on Saturday. He stayed after hours for the delivery and repair, because we were leaving for Tennessee on Sunday. He also charged less than the other places would have charged for the repair. I would definitely stop here before committing to someone else.

My desktop had a virus that was shutting down my whole system. I hadn't done a backup in months and was about to lose everything include all my 2500+ photo of my kids. The next day, my laptop got the blue screen of death as Brad called it.
